Welcome to our Beginner Meditation Course. We are so excited to share with you the ins and outs of meditation!
Meditation is a Journey, it is not an outcome persay!
In this unique Class, we look at many different techniques that will help you quiet your mind and allow for increased self-awareness. Over time you will gain long lasting health benefits: both mental and physical. This book is for everyone, and it offers a wealth of information, even meditation testimonies that have amazing insights for those who meditate already!
If you have a busy mind, are a worry wart, have health issues, can’t sleep, can’t sit still, or need more peace of mind than invest your time in meditation and gain the self control and mind-freedom back that you once had long ago.
Meditation is not only about sitting on a pillow and humming a mantra.
It can be done on the go as you walk, or even sitting on a bus. There are numerous useful meditation techniques all that have one thing in common: settling your busy mind, and in so doing, calming your mind so it can recharge.
In this Beginner Meditation Class, we have spoken with other people who meditate and asked them for tips that will help you as a Beginner Meditator. We hope you enjoy them, as well as find their tips useful.
We also offer you 7 unique days of Guided Meditations to help you on your journey. Call it a 4-week program, as we advice you to repeat the guided meditations for 4 weeks, or you can choose to go at your own pace. We are excited to have you here, and we hope the information in this book is not only helpful, but informative and positively life changing. Welcome to your journey of becoming your own personal relaxation expert.
