Why take a Beginner Meditation Course?

We think Meditation is something that is rarely taught in school, but should be.
Meditation has a whole host of health benefits such as reducing stress, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, or even poor concentration.
Imagine being more peaceful and even having a greater body awareness: both mentally and physically.
The bizarre reality is that even with all of the many health benefits, Meditation is Rarely Taught when compared to other health practices that are available.
Even outside of school, meditation has not yet received the attention it deserves.
There has been a lot of focus on Yoga this past decade in Western Cultures more so than in the past, but really, Meditation we feel is only starting to take off and become trendy.
You might have noticed in the news, some schools have tried to incorporate meditation, yet this is definitely not the majority of them. We applaud schools’ wanting to help with mindfulness training. It truly is one of the best tools a teenager soon to be an adult can utilize.

Actually, we are actively working on numerous micro-courses that focus on subjects we feel should be taught in school, yet rarely are. Meditation was at the top of our list of subjects needing to be taught, because of the health benefits.
